Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may not reflect real time movement immediately.
Peak Periods and Exceptional Circumstances
During periods of high demand, including seasonal peaks, promotional campaigns or holidays, preparation and delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased order volumes across global logistics networks. Jackets4Racing makes every reasonable effort to minimize delays during these periods.
Delivery times are expressed in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays in either the country of origin or destination.
Customer Responsibility and Support
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Jackets4Racing cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details, recipient unavailability or refusal of delivery.
In the event of an unexpected delay, our customer care team is available to assist and provide guidance regarding the status of the shipment. While we are committed to supporting our customers throughout the delivery process, delays caused by external factors beyond our reasonable control do not entitle the customer to automatic refunds or cancellations once the order has been dispatched.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been processed. If an order has already been processed, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
